Unfortunately, there are very few Building Biologists here in the Midwest, so I have to travel. I will drive anywhere within 100 miles of Des Moines free. Beyond that, here is what I charge:

Indoor/Outdoor Environmental Evaluation
Energized wires have magnetic fields when power is actually flowing. When you can, turn it off or unplug it.
Specifically, test your "Sleep Sanctuary."
Radio is actually electricity in the air! Your body is affected by it on a cellular level.
Are you wearing RF tech? Sleeping with or around RF tech? Kids?
"Transients" are bad guys that ride on the wiring in your home. Most are created by you. Really?! Yep. But some sneak into your home on wires, and pipes shared with your neighbors. Ooo, stealth.
Moisture, rot, mold, dust, material out-gassing, building structure & more.
Supervising, contractors (e.g. electricians)
As well as some extra observations. (Not including extra time above or travel beyond 100 miles of Des Moines.)

Reports will include all data collected, on-site photos, and may include satellite imagery and map imagery of local utilities. Evaluations are valid only as of the date and time collected. Changes in the environment from morning to night, season to season, construction etc. will affect the results.
